Arthur Krzycki a versatile and innovative senior sales, marketing and communications business leader, whose passion for delivering measurable results is complemented by exceptional communication skills.

He has been marketing products and services across a variety of business lines and models and many customer segments for over 20 years. In progressively more senior roles, he has built and led teams, charted strategic direction, and managed successful implementation of plans.

Currently, Arthur is the Vice President, Retail Channels at DUCA Credit Union. He is responsible for leading DUCA’s client-facing teams accountable for growing the business – branch network, call centre and digital banking.

Prior to leading DUCA’s Retail channels, as Vice President, Marketing, Arthur provided leadership to the organization’s marketing and communications team and helped to power DUCA to one of the fastest growing credit unions in Canada.

Arthur was born in Warszawa, grew up in Etobicoke, and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics. Upon graduation, he joined the Ottawa staff of Hon. Michael H. Wilson, Minister of Industry, Science and Technology and Minister for International Trade, where he worked as a Special Assistant, Communications until 1993.

Arthur now resides in Etobicoke with his wife, Agnieszka, and is an eager sailor and a member of the Etobicoke Yacht Club.
