September 4, 2024, Milton, Ontario. Two of our business members: Transworld Business Advisors of Ontario and Grit Online sponsored and participated in 2024 Nordic Consular Cup Golf Tournament. Our Chamber member Alexandra Cole on the Transworld team won the ladies longest drive – congratulations Alex!
It was a great opportunity to join and support an event organized by other European Union Chambers of Commerce in Canada.
This was a full day event. The weather co-operated for the entire day. Registration started at 11.30am, followed by lunch and then shot gun at 1.30pm. 18-holes were completed over the following five hours with the best ball rules for play. Cocktail hour, dinner and awards ceremony followed. Concisely with prior year, the Danish Canadian Chamber of Commerce members took most prizes along with the overall team prize.
