1. Safety comes first, LOT’s #FlySafeFlyLOT procedures are designed with the highest standards for passenger safety on board as well as at airport, such as:
Crew are equipped with personal safety equipment, such as: masks, gloves and hand sanitizers. Additionally, they are trained in the latest medical procedures.
LOT have implemented a limited contact rule between crew and passengers.
Drinks and snacks are served in individual packages.
Passengers are provided with hand sanitizer or antibacterial tissues.
All traditional newspapers have been replaced with digital e-press. Over 1000 titles, from all over the word, are now available to all our passengers.

2. Greater flexibility with more fare and change options:
A. Change your reservation for free
– Applies to LOT fares on long-haul, domestic and short-haul flights (including Saver fares) purchased between Sept 10- Dec 31, 2020
– Change fee is waived when changing a date or destination, you only pay any difference in price
– The offer has no limit to the number of changes or the choice of destination
– You can make the changes yourself in the Manage My Booking section on LOT.com (changing travel dates) or via the LOT contact centre 416-236-4242

B. New ‘FLEX PLUS’ fares offer more flexibility:
– Changes are free of charge
– Cancellation fees have been reduced
– Name changes are permitted up to 48 hrs prior to departure for a 60 Euro fee
– Penalties for no shows have been reduced to 100 Euros.
– Flex Plus fares are available in economy class, premium economy and business class cabins.

C. Free of Charge option to change the date of travel or routing
– Applies to all individual tickets purchased before March 31, 2021.
– Change your departure date for any travel date before Dec 31, 2021 free of charge (all travel completed by Dec 31, 2021).
– Changes must be made by March 31, 2021
– Change fee is waived, but any increase in fare (less PLN200 discount in the fare value) must be paid by the passenger
– One free of charge rebooking/rerouting permitted
– Free of charge change is not permitted if passenger does not show up for the flight (no-show)

D. New 24hr full refund procedure for tickets purchased before Mar 31, 2021
– Passengers are eligible for a full refund (even if fare is non refundable) within 24hrs of time of ticketing, but no later than within 6hrs of flight departure
